Summary of the Position

At Winclap, we are committed to excellence and continuous growth. To support the pace of our business and ensure the strength of our operations, we are creating a new key role within the Legal team.

As Senior Legal – Commercial in Argentina, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper management of the company’s contracts. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with Finance and other internal stakeholders.

Your main mission will be to support the drafting, review, filing, and follow-up of contractual documents, ensuring all processes are carried out with diligence and accuracy. In addition, you will have a key role in the management of insurance matters, privacy policies, and image rights.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a constant willingness to learn and apply best legal practices.


Responsibilities


  • Operational Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, initial review, and execution of various types of commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and other legal documents related to Winclap’s operations.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain an organized and up-to-date legal filing system (both physical and digital), ensuring traceability and easy access to all contracts and legal documentation.
  • Internal Process Support: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather the necessary information for contract drafting and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Legal Due Diligence: Perform basic legal checks and due diligence tasks related to new agreements and partnerships.
  • Legal Research: Support legal and regulatory research relevant to the company’s activities in the region.

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Advanced law student (from the 3rd year onwards).
  • Experience: Previous experience is a plus (including internships) in contract handling, legal documentation, or administrative legal tasks within corporate environments.
  • Contract Skills: Understanding of the structure and common clauses of commercial contracts (e.g., term, termination, indemnity, jurisdiction).
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid document management abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with different internal teams.
  • Language: Advanced English.
