The mission of this role is to build brand messaging and ensure its governance across all Winclap marketing channels: website, presentations and one pagers for the business team, events, social media and e-mail marketing.
You will lead the strategy and production of written brand content, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, creative excellence, conceptual depth and alignment with business objectives.
You will work closely with the business team (for Spanish speaking Latam, Brazil and US), solution leaders and Winclap's CEO to ensure that our differentiator and branding pillar remains content.
Responsibilities
-Design, implement and evolve Winclap's content strategy based on brand positioning and demand generation objectives.
-Lead the development of narratives for our two main positioning lines:
-Brazil: Winclap as a Growth transformation consultant.
-SPLA: Winclap as creative partner to scale the creator channel focused on Growth.
-Be guardian of the brand's tone of voice and ensure textual consistency across all platforms: website, social media, newsletters, decks, ebooks, videos and events.
-Write and oversee high-impact strategic content: case studies, blogposts, whitepapers, video scripts, LinkedIn and Instagram posts.
-Co-design the structure of workshops and webinars from a narrative perspective.
-Manage internal and external sources for content generation, including interviews with solution leaders and ecosystem leaders.
-Oversee always-on content campaigns on social networks, ensuring they reflect our identity and business objectives.
Requisitos mínimos
- +5 years of experience in branded content, strategic communication, copywriting or journalism specialized in marketing, technology, business or innovation.
- Experience structuring multi-channel content strategies and leading their end-to-end execution.
- Exceptional ability to write with purpose, clarity and creativity.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns and content tools.
- Analytical ability to interpret insights and performance data, with focus on continuous improvement.
- Native Spanish, English C2, Portuguese desirable.
- Professional background in digital companies, creative agencies or consulting firms will be valued.
Additional extras
- Experience with C-level content or thought leader positioning.
- Experience working with brands in digital transformation or regional scaling processes.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CMS and martech.
