About the Role Brand Designer


The mission of this role is to build, scale, and care for Winclap’s brand system and its solutions (Winclap Studio, Winclap Data, etc.) across all our touchpoints:

-Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)

-Visuals for website and landing pages (Webflow

-Newsletters and communications via HubSpot

-Presentations, one-pagers, and commercial materials

-Internal and external communications (People, events, culture, etc.)


You will work side by side with the Lead Designer, together with the Business team, solution leaders, and People team to ensure Winclap’s visual identity is consistent, recognizable, and evolves at the pace of the business.


Level of Impact: Brand System Designer


-You work alongside the design lead to build the brand while ensuring quality.

-You propose improvements to the visual system and the way assets are produced, and you lead their implementation.

-You design with a system mindset: thinking in components, patterns, and reusable libraries for the team’s use across flyers, communication pieces, presentations, printed materials, newsletters, and more.

-You actively participate in review, feedback, and knowledge-sharing spaces, fostering collaborative design.


Responsibilities


-Design, maintain, and evolve Winclap’s brand system (main identity and sub-brands: Winclap Studio, Winclap Data, etc.): color palette, typography, components, layouts, and guidelines.

-Design assets for always-on and tactical social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn), adapting the visual language according to audience and objectives.


Create and maintain templates in FigmaPro / CanvaPro / Google Slides for:

-Commercial and marketing presentations

-Decks for events, workshops, webinars

-Internal assets (onboarding, People communications, culture)

-Design newsletters and communications via HubSpot (structures, modules, visual components) in collaboration with the Marketing team.

-Develop specific visual identities for events (online and in-person): key visual, social assets, banners, speaker materials, etc.

-Ensure visual consistency across all channels (website, social, email, presentations, PDFs, internal and external materials).

-Organize and document design files (Figma, Adobe, libraries) with clear criteria for versioning, usage, and team accessibility.

-Maintain a curious mindset toward design, branding, product, and digital culture references to continuously elevate the brand’s visual level.

-Design, implement, and evolve Winclap’s content strategy based on brand positioning and demand generation goals.

Minimum requirements

  • +3/4 years of experience in brand design / graphic design / visual design (ideally in digital companies, startups, creative agencies, or consultancies).
  • Experience creating and maintaining brand systems and design libraries for multiple channels.
  • Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, shared libraries).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of motion/video tools such as Premiere and After Effects (no need to be a full motion designer, but able to create simple assets and adaptations).
  • Knowledge of Webflow (page structure, classes, responsive) or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of social media and email marketing design (formats, visual hierarchy, best practices).
  • Experience designing for both external communications (clients, prospects, community) and internal communications (team, culture).
  • Extreme attention to detail: typography, spacing, consistency, asset exports, and documentation accompanying each asset.
  • Collaborative profile, open to feedback, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Native Spanish. C2 English.
  • Portuguese is a plus but not required.
  • Location: Córdoba / Mendoza

  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, martech, digital growth brands, or agencies managing multiple brands.
  • Experience working with digital design systems.
  • Curious mindset and eagerness for continuous learning.
