Summary of position:
Winclap is seeking a Branding Partner to lead our client’s Branding strategies. This person will be responsible for designing and planning Branding Strategies for our clients and coordinating the execution with a team of Branding Specialists and the help of our Measurement & Impact and Creative Teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage the relationship and communications with our Branding Stakeholders inside the client. You will have to build and develop the trust that will enable us to grow their strategy with Winclap.
Design and plan branding strategies across all digital marketing channels in order to achieve our clients Brand goals (awareness, consideration, positioning, etc.).
Analyze and monitor key metrics in order to generate learnings and insights that enrich future strategies.
Partner our Measurement & Impact team to design experiments and frameworks that prove our business impact.
Partner our Creative team to design Branding content to power our strategies.
Grow our relationship with the most important Medias we currently partner with and always be searching for new ways of connecting with our client’s audience in innovative ways.
Coordinate and mentor a team of Branding specialists who will be implementing and optimizing media plans.
Minimum requirements
University graduate or in the last year. Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
3-5 year of experience in Branding, Commercial, Marketing, Account Management areas desired.
At least 2+ years of experience in Branding Planning
Knowledge about: Branding, Marketing, Management, Analytics, Project Management and Mobile advertising.
Tools: Advanced Excel. Comscore, Forecast Network Tools, Brand Studies.
Proven Analytical skills. Ability to use data to generate hypotheses and define success metrics.
Languages: Intermediate/Advance English. Desired Portuguese.
