Business Development Manager

Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Paid Media area, developing new business opportunities, leading the technical sales process, and ensuring that Winclap continues to consolidate its position as the strategic partner of reference for digital and app-first brands.

This role is located within the Paid Media team (not in the general commercial team), with an exclusive focus on scaling the business unit: attracting new clients, increasing the pipeline, raising the closing rate, and creating a constant flow of high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Client Acquisition

Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential opportunities.

Build and maintain a robust and predictable pipeline.

Execute outreach, ABM, and contact strategies with key decision-makers.

2. Technical and Consultative Selling

Lead discovery calls, presentations, and the technical narrative of the pitch.

Build commercial and strategic proposals aligned with Winclap's differential value.

Manage the complete negotiation process up to contract closing.

3. Strategic Partnerships Management

Administer and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Coordinate joint initiatives for demand generation, co-marketing, success stories, and activations.

Ensure priority access to betas, insights, support, and resources that elevate our value proposition.

Generate commercial opportunities derived from the partner ecosystem.

4. Demand Generation & Go-To-Market

Design and implement specific Paid Media lead generation strategies.

Create content, webinars, playbooks, workshops, and case studies that boost the pipeline.

Detect new verticals and segments with expansion potential.

5. Commercial Intelligence

Analyze market trends, changes in the advertising ecosystem, and competitive movements.

Keep the commercial narrative and sales materials updated.

Propose continuous improvements in processes and customer acquisition strategies.

Minimum requirements

Desired Profile Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Paid Media, Growth, Performance, or technical commercial roles.
  • Solid experience in ad platforms and the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing media or digital services deals.
  • Knowledge of ecosystem partners (platforms, OEMs, MMPs, programmatic).
  • Advanced English: communication with partners, international pitches, multi-region deals.
