Content Specialist Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CS Lead to lead a team of designers. The ideal candidate will combine creative leadership skills with a solid understanding of design processes and project management. This role is critical to drive creative excellence, maintain high quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative and Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the creative and strategic vision of the team/POD.
- Establish and maintain high quality standards in all deliverables you manage.
- Lead and participate in ideation sessions, workshops and brainstorming.
- Present design proposals to clients in coordination with Content Partner.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in design.

Project and Process Management:
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and optimize delivery times.
- Refine and adapt processes according to each client's needs.
- Supervise and approve design projects before final delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback on the team's work.
- Manage resources and assign tasks efficiently.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work with other areas to align design objectives with business goals.
- Foster effective communication between teams.

Talent Development:
- Mentor and develop skills of team members.
- Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of new talent.

External Resource Management:
- Optimize the use of the external resource community for specific tasks.
- Oversee the execution of work delegated to external vendors.
- Efficiently integrate the work of the external community into major projects.

Technical and Services Knowledge:
- Be aware of all solutions and scopes of services we can offer.
- Keep updated on relevant new technologies and methodologies.

People Management:
- Act as People Manager for the team.
- Collaborate in capacity management and ensure the correct loading of information.
