Winclap Creative Studio is the leading destination for impact-driven creator-based content and ad creatives, across multiple digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Programmatic channels, etc.).
As a content partner, you will be responsible for the customer success of our clients, in all the topics related to their content strategy, ideation, and evolution, across multiple digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Programmatic channels, etc.).
You will be the main point of contact and link between the client, the creative internal team and the creators, to come up with a bespoke in-class creative strategy for each digital channel.
Onboarding new clients, understanding their needs and brief, brand guidelines, messages, deadlines and main KPIs, are part of the role.
Your responsibility will be the customer success of the creative studio clients. This includes onboarding new clients, understanding their goals, building a creative strategy, developing a testing pipeline, as well as assuring the delivery of the strategy, with the internal team.
Reporting to the client, building a storytelling around the results, as well as nurturing the relationship, are key aspects of this role.
Identifying client's needs and being aware of new opportunities for scaling, will be your main focuses.
Working cross functionally with the team, will help you develop a successful strategy, based on performance, testing, and each channel's creative best practices.
Responsibilities
Client's customer success in creative related topics.
Define a pipeline of testing together with the client and its targets.
Reporting and syncing with the client.
Working cross functionally with the internal team to build creatives' ideas for communicating our clients' brands and companies, in a cross-channel strategy.
Adapting the brand's brief to match the communication tone of a digital platform through a storyboard detailing the content of each scene, text, sounds, and any other resources included in the piece.
Regularly reviewing and updating Winclap's creator platform to identify creators who align with the client's identity.
Placing clear and organized video orders with creators, offering support throughout the creative process as needed.
Collaborating with the Creative Specialist to bring the creative piece to life through execution requests, final creative reviews, and adjustment requests as necessary.
Ensuring the optimization of our clients' creative executions through periodic brainstorming sessions, competitive analysis, and more.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience in client facing roles.
Product manager skills.
Willingness to think, ideate, create and measure client's content and communication; and move to a data+creativity role.
Advance english. Spanish is desired.
Preferred qualifications
Passion for and understanding of Creative Studio's products, the advertising industry, and the advertising measurement and planning space.
Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives and lead multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision, operating with an entrepreneurial, open-minded, collaborative, and committed approach to business.
Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
Ability to form and articulate contractual, technical, financial, strategic value points, and strategic trade-offs with clients and internal teams.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
