Creative Dev Strategist

Description

As a Creative Dev Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the creation of narrative pitch decks and co-defining workflows with the operations team. You will also oversee the management of ecosystem partnerships, collaborating closely with internal partners’ creative teams to ensure alignment on seasonal approaches and narrative consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Narrative Development: Create compelling narrative decks and pitch materials to support creative initiatives and align with strategic goals.

- Workflow Design and Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to define and streamline processes, ensuring efficient workflows that support creativity.

- Partnerships and Sales Collaboration: Co-work with Partnerships Development in new narratives, working closely with creative teams inside Meta and Tiktok to ensure cohesive storytelling. Engage with country leads and Content Partners by region to gather insights, translating these into market-specific creative solutions.

- Creative Advisory and Training: Act as an internal creative advisor, providing regular feedback on creativity, storytelling, and ideation. Offer training and guidance on creative processes and best practices to CP leads and their PODs.

- Market Alignment and Communication: Regularly update creative insights and trends to market teams, setting up discussions with GEO leads to ensure creative direction aligns with market needs and consumer insights.

Minimum requirements

- Proven experience in narrative development, pitch creation, or a similar creative role.

- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-market teams.

- Ability to provide strategic creative feedback and train others in storytelling and ideation.

- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating creative concepts to market-specific solutions.

- Ability to stay updated on creative trends and adapt these insights to benefit regional markets and ecosystems.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing creative partnerships and aligning with brand strategies across multiple markets.

- Familiarity with creative processes and operational workflows in a global or multi-regional context.
