Role Description
As a Creator Specialist Analyst, you will be a key piece in the expansion of our community of creators. Your focus will be on identifying and connecting with talent on social networks, presenting them with opportunities to collaborate with major brands. You will be the first point of contact with creators, building relationships that enhance their growth and the impact of their content.

Your day-to-day will include talking with content creators from different regions, offering them collaborations, and making sure they join our network to work with recognized brands.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact content creators on social networks.
• Present them with collaboration opportunities with major brands and ensure their participation.
• Accompany creators in the onboarding process within our community.
• Work together with the Creator Specialists team to ensure a constant flow of active creators.
• Use internal tools to manage and track creators.
• Propose improvements in the process of acquiring and engaging creators.
• Apply organization and project management skills to efficiently manage creator searches.
• Develop negotiation strategies to motivate creators to join our collaborations.
• Ability to analyze trends and detect content creators with potential on social networks.
