Creators Manager
The Creators Manager is responsible for designing and leading Winclap Studio’s creator acquisition, activation and retention strategy in each region, with a Growth Operations approach. This role thinks about the creator business as a scalable, product-based system and translates the strategic vision for creator operations into processes supported by products, tools and efficient operations.
This is a systemic and strategic role, with a business-oriented approach similar to that of a Growth Operations Lead at a platform such as Uber: instead of solving creator needs one by one, you will design the system that attracts, activates, retains and scales the creator supply in each market.
You will report to the Studio Operations Manager, lead a team of 3 to 4 people (Regional Leads), and work in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the creator acquisition and retention strategy by region, based on scalable and product-based processes rather than manual or case-by-case execution.
- Lead the Regional Leads team, responsible for the creator community in each country, including acquisition, relationships with Talent Managers, social media, events, nurturing and NPS.
- Translate the strategic vision of product-based operations into concrete initiatives: define what the Product team needs to build for the creator journey, which processes need to be optimized, and how to scale creator operations through platform-based processes.
- Own creator pricing and costs, including forecasting, optimization and rule-based negotiation guidelines.
- Drive the development of new creator products (influencer marketing, amplifiers, affiliates) and their 0→1 development together with other areas.
- Define KPIs and manage the creator lifecycle systematically (active base, % ready-to-work, activation rate, etc.), with an approach analogous to managing a supply network (e.g., drivers at Uber).
- Coordinate with Product on the requirements to agentize processes across the creator journey (onboarding, contracts, invoicing, payments, WhatsApp) until they can run without manual intervention.
- Oversee the transition of operational tasks (ad hoc creator search and selection) to the Content Partners (CPs) team, including their training.
- Represent the area with Talent Managers and strategic partners, leveraging Regional Leads for local execution.
- Report progress and results from the area (business and operational KPIs) to Studio leadership.
Minimum requirements
- Experience leading areas or teams with a focus on Growth Operations, business strategy, or transforming operational processes into scalable and product-based models.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate a business vision into concrete processes, systems and operations.
- Experience leading teams of 3 to 4 people, ideally managing leaders or regional representatives (managing managers).
- Systemic rather than operational profile: this role is not focused on manual execution or event management, but on thinking about and building operations as a system.
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, although the focus of the position is not on day-to-day relationship execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams is desirable.
- Previous experience in the content creator / influencer marketing industry is not required. We value a systemic approach more than vertical industry knowledge.
