Creators Specialist

Winclap content creators community currently comprises over 5000 creators across 7 countries. We deliver more than 200 creator-based ads and collabs per month.

As a Creator Specialist focused on Growth & Acquisition, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the best content creators needed for our operation, making sure they are engaged and ready to work with our team towards the content for our clients and the creative studio offers.

This includes structuring & applying processes to scale creator acquisition, and designing onboarding processes in the most efficient way, while executing a positioning plan in each of the markets we have a presence (US, Mid and South America).

Additionally, identifying and managing key partnerships & suppliers regarding the creators' offers are part of your scope (platforms, trainings, influencers).

Key Responsibilities:

Understand, develop at scale, and execute the acquisition and onboarding process of creators to our community.

Be able to interview and negotiate with specific content creators.

Find, meet, evaluate, and define partners who can help and complement us in our creators' offering, such as Meta / Tiktok.

Position organically & via paid media, our community of creators across markets.

Reporting and Analytics: Define and track key metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of acquisition and growth strategies.
