Description

Winclap is a Growth Transformation company that helps the world's most relevant brands grow by acquiring, retaining, and monetizing users. With 11 years of experience and over 300 professionals across Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and the United States, we are the growth partner of companies like Mercado Libre, Rappi, LATAM Airlines, Bancolombia, Amazon, and DiDi, among others.

We operate across four fronts: Studio, where we create entertainment for growth through creators and AI; Media, managing paid media at scale and owned media channels like email, WhatsApp, and push notifications; Data, implementing infrastructure and artificial intelligence to drive growth decisions; and Consulting, designing strategies that integrate marketing, finance, and data.

About the Role

Winclap's Marketing team is responsible for generating demand and positioning Winclap and its solutions as a market leader. Field & Partner Marketing is the function that brings that strategy to life in the physical world: events, partner activations, workshops, and in-person brand touchpoints across all markets where the company operates.

Your mission is to collaborate on the design of the events strategy and, above all, execute the event plan for the different Go-to-Market strategies across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile. The most important thing is that you are a great project manager, ensuring that everything involved in an event is well orchestrated: logistics, content, and outreach.

You work alongside the Marketing, Partnerships, and Business teams, ensuring coherence across initiatives, narratives, and business objectives for each segment.

You work with autonomy and under the supervision of the Field & Partner Marketing Lead.

You already have knowledge in field marketing and can bring new ideas to make Winclap events truly high-impact experiences.

Responsability

  • Project Management: Once the event plan is set, you design the Gantt chart for each event and coordinate all processes needed to deliver on time. The three key levers you need to orchestrate are: logistics, outreach, and content.
  • Cross-country logistics coordination with vendors: You source venues, coordinate technical production when needed, and manage vendors for corporate gifts, kits, and merchandise across multiple countries.
  • Vendor payment coordination: You coordinate with Finance to ensure all payments to event vendors go out on time.
  • Outreach coordination: You work with the Growth Engineer to ensure the full outreach structure is ready on time — from audience segmentation and HubSpot setup to the execution and monitoring of all event communications.
  • Partner activation coordination: Content alignment, speakers, and shared objectives.
  • Post-event reporting: You produce reports with key metrics and actionable learnings, contributing to the area's playbook library.

Minimum requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, events, project management, or similar roles in B2B environments.
  • Strong project management skills: organization, ability to handle multiple projects in parallel, and meeting demanding deadlines.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Production, or related fields.
  • Native Spanish speaker, advanced English.
  • HubSpot proficiency (desirable).

  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data with a focus on continuous audience experience improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Sound judgment to resolve mid-complexity problems autonomously and communicate decisions made.
  • Proactive mindset, focused on generating value — not just executing tasks.
