Accounting Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive person to join our Finance team as a Trainee/Analyst. This role plays a crucial part in our growth transformation company, as you will be responsible for a range of operational tasks that directly impact our monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting processes. You will collaborate with various teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial information and support our ongoing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 100% of invoicing across all geos (Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and USA), including sending invoices and uploading them to client portals.
• Establish and maintain strong links with clients and the internal business team to ensure smooth communication in invoicing processes.
• Track, process, and classify OPEX (operating expenses) invoices.
• Identify opportunities and actively participate in the automation and continuous improvement of processes within the area.
• Provide accounting support, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fiscal advisors to facilitate effective communication and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in other administrative tasks within the finance department as needed.
