Position Overview

We are looking for a Growth Engineer (Strategist) who sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Technology. Your mission is to build the "growth engine" that powers our B2B expansion. You won’t just execute campaigns; you will design, automate, and scale the systems that identify high-value accounts, streamline our sales funnel, and measure the impact of every interaction.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid talent: someone who understands the nuances of B2B Marketing but speaks the language of APIs, CRM architecture, and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Outreach Automation

  • ABM Architecture: Design and implement automated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) workflows to penetrate high-value accounts with personalized messaging.
  • Strategic Outreach: Build automated systems to engage specific stakeholders, including Procurement and Finance teams, to facilitate smoother entry into large organizations.
  • Smart Content Distribution: Engineer automated pipelines to distribute Winclap’s thought leadership and content across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach with minimal manual effort.

2. Sales Enablement & CRM Optimization

  • Process Engineering: Partner with the Sales team to audit and improve CRM usage, ensuring it acts as a "source of truth" rather than just a database.
  • Funnel Automation: Identify friction points in the sales cycle and build automations to handle lead scoring, routing, follow-ups, and health monitoring systems (coverage ratios, velocity tracking, stage conversion).
  • AI Integration: Develop and deploy AI Agents to assist Sales teams in research, lead qualification, or personalized outreach at scale.

3. Marketing Operations & Impact Analysis

  • Event Lifecycle Tech: Own the technical stack for Winclap events—from automated invitation logic and seamless registration flows to post-event nurturing.
  • Data Attribution: Build dashboards and tracking systems to analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives, providing the VP of Partnerships & Marketing with actionable insights on what drives growth.
  • Experimental Mindset: Constantly test new growth hacks, tools, and scripts to keep Winclap at the forefront of B2B marketing technology.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Growth, preferably within the B2B or SaaS space.

Technical Prowess: A "self-learner" profile with a deep passion for technology. You should be comfortable working with automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar), managing CRM environments (HubSpot/Salesforce) and building small apps (Lovable, Replit, v0, etc). Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity to code are a plus.

AI Fluency: Proven experience driving business automations and creating AI Agents (LLM-based workflows) to solve operational challenges.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a manual process and not just "fix it," but re-imagine it as a scalable system.

Communication: Excellent presentation skills; you can explain complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.

Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus given our regional footprint.
