Description
This person will be responsible for the design and implementation plan of the digital marketing strategy for User Acquisition and Retargeting of large clients, as well as updating the client of the results and adjusting the strategy if necessary. Working together with the performance team, creatives and external partners, it will carry out the execution and control of the strategy, and will propose adjustments or improvements based on the results. He will be responsible for providing clients with insights based on deep analysis on the different channels, creatives, audiences. They will also participate in the analysis of metrics and work together with the client on product flow and user experience.

- Communicate with the client directly, generating and maintaining a personal bond.
- Take charge of the design and planning of the marketing strategy.
- Implement the necessary tools for the digital marketing campaign to be successful.
- Be able to develop new solutions for their clients' problems, working with internal company teams and partners.
- Find additional growth opportunities in customers and be able to take advantage of them.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Business Intelligence, Product, Marketing, Account Management areas.
- University graduate. Business Administration, Engineering or related (Desired).
- Knowledge about: Management, Analytics, Project Management and Mobile advertising.
- Tools: Advanced Excel. Tableau or Power BI desired.
- Languages: Advanced English. Desired Portuguese.
- Value oriented.
