
Growth Consulting Strategist
Description
We are looking for a Growth Consulting Analyst - Strategist to act as a strategic advisor for our large-scale clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and digital marketing execution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring growth strategies (User Acquisition & Retargeting) while maintaining a high-level consultative relationship with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a complex dataset, identify a business challenge, and propose a concrete marketing roadmap to solve it. This requires strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with Performance, Creative, and Tech teams, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for growth, aligned across departments, and backed by rigorous experimentation.

What you will do?
- Strategic Advisory: Design and oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies focused on UA and Retargeting, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and mobile advertising developments to proactively pivot strategies when necessary.
- Insight Generation: Analyze client data to uncover growth opportunities, providing clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve ROI.
- Collaborative Execution: Lead cross-functional coordination between Performance, Creative, and Tech teams. You will be responsible for breaking down silos and fostering synergy among these areas to develop integrated solutions, streamline workflows, and ensure a unified execution of the client’s growth strategy.
- Client Success & Revenue Strategy: Serve as the primary point of contact and "Voice of the Customer," building strong personal bonds to manage expectations and mitigate churn risks. You will be the ultimate owner of the client’s P&L and revenue forecast, proactively identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, leading pricing negotiations, and setting a high internal bar to ensure cross-functional teams consistently exceed client goals.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Growth Marketing, Strategic Consulting, or Account Management with a strong analytical focus.
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (UA, Retargeting, and core KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS).
- Tools (Must): Advanced Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools (Desired): SQL, Python, or R.
- Languages: Strong English (must be able to understand complex contexts and speak clearly in business meetings).
