Role Summary
At Winclap, we believe talent thrives with continuous learning opportunities. We are looking for a Learning Senior Analyst to lead our training and development strategy, aligning learning initiatives with our business goals and career development paths across the organization.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Winclap annual training plan. Your goal will be to ensure that every team member has access to relevant tools and learning experiences, both technical and soft skills, to support their professional growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Learning Needs Assessment process (planning, analysis, data gathering, and action plan design).
- Develop and manage the annual training plan aligned with business priorities.
- Design learning initiatives tailored to specific career paths and roles.
- Manage and optimize e-learning platforms and tools.
- Define and track learning metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (team leads, People Business Partners, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Act as a learning ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous development across the organization.
Minimum requirements
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
- Solid understanding of training strategy design and execution.
- Experience managing e-learning tools and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with learning impact measurement and performance evaluation metrics.
