Martech & Data Analyst
Description
Role Overview:
The Martech & Data Analyst serves as a bridge between marketing, product, data and technology teams, integrating digital tools to enhance campaigns and data-driven decision making. In this hands-on role, you will own and manage the analytics and event-tracking infrastructure that drives customer insights and optimizations for clients all over the world in many verticals and industries. You should be comfortable working autonomously on complex technical projects, translating business needs into effective Martech solutions, Data, insights and measurement tools. solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Tracking Implementation: Design and manage web/app tagging strategies. Ensure accurate data collection through regular QA and debugging.
- Martech Stack Management: Oversee marketing tools (analytics, CRM, attribution), ensure proper data flow and integration. Support data infrastructure (e.g., Data Lakes, Warehouses).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data, build dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and provide actionable insights for marketing and product teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technical implementations with business goals by working closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams.
- Client & Project Support: Contribute to client sessions and help design Martech solutions tailored to their needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Martech and analytics trends; suggest enhancements to tools and processes.Design, develop, implement, test, and document web analysis solutions using JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
Minimum requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, Martech, growth, product, or data roles.
- Hands-on with tools like GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Segment, AppsFlyer, Braze, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong skills in GTM, data layer design, and event tracking QA.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL).
- Solid understanding of data infrastructure (cloud platforms, relational databases).
- Strong communication and self-management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Python or R for automation and advanced analysis.
