The Senior Martech Analyst will lead the orchestration of Martech infrastructure and measurement initiatives across key projects. This role will own the technical mapping and deployment of analytics tools, campaign tracking, data integrations, and audience strategies. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, AI, data, and technology—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

We’re looking for professionals with a solid background in marketing analytics and technology. While prior experience is expected, we value capability and potential over rigid timeframes. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for personalization, automation, or customer insights is a strong plus.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

  • Design and implement advanced tracking frameworks and event schemas for new product and campaign launches.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and insights reporting for lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
  • Lead tagging audits, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and improve data flow reliability across platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, cohort retention, channel effectiveness, and ROAS using SQL, Python, or visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Growth, Technology, Data and Product teams to design and execute segmentation and personalization logic.
  • Propose and validate new Martech tools, features, or workflow automation to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support pre-sales and client engagement sessions when technical depth is needed to design solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between tech and marketing — ensuring execution aligns with strategy and data integrity.

Minimum requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • +2 years of experience in Martech, CRM analytics, or Growth/Data roles.
  • Proven experience managing data tracking and integrations across CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools.
  • Deep expertise in GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Segment, Braze/Insider, etc.
  • Strong command of SQL, and bonus points for Python or R.
  • Comfortable navigating cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Experience working in or with B2B SaaS or fast-paced agency environments.
  • High autonomy, strategic thinking, and ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Programming for Data: Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for data analysis and automation (such as Python or R) is a plus. Ability to use these skills to automate reporting, perform advanced analyses, or work with APIs of marketing platforms will be an advantage.

Note: This role does not involve direct people management but requires leadership in execution. The ideal candidate combines technical prowess in Martech and analytics with business acumen, ensuring marketing initiatives are supported by robust data and insights. You will join a forward-thinking team and have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive growth and customer engagement. We encourage continuous learning and the sharing of new ideas to keep our marketing technology stack and strategies at the cutting edge.
