As a Retention & Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in cultivating strong client relationships, overseeing customer engagement strategies, and leading a team of analysts. You will collaborate closely with our Tech and Content teams to ensure seamless execution within Customer Engagement Platforms. Your focus will be on driving customer retention, optimizing marketing strategies, and delivering personalized, impactful customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Generate, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships by deeply understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions. Participate in client discoveries and pitches to showcase Winclap's Owned Media expertise.
  • Strategy & Execution: Oversee and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that drive retention and engagement, ensuring a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure high-quality output and insights for client projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech and Content teams to deliver data-driven, creative solutions that enhance customer engagement. Coordinate with Retention Specialists to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain efficient processes for client relationship management, documentation, and project execution to enable smoother collaboration across teams and scalable growth.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of managing a team.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience in Growth, marketing, or advertising industries.
  • Familiarity with Customer Engagement Platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
