About the Role
As a Partnerships Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Partnerships strategy with our Creative Partners in your assigned region.
- Defining the business forecast in collaboration with the area manager and establishing the actionable plans required to achieve it as well as designing and driving your team’s strategy to achieve the area’s annual goals.
- Building strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and main points of contact.
- Presenting Winclap Studio’s innovations to partners in order to drive project sales.
- Coordinating, together with the team, the project management of initiatives resulting from commercial efforts.
- Developing creative commercial proposals to unlock new business opportunities with our partners.
Required Tools & Expertise
- Ability to design commercial strategies, forecast and anticipate business opportunities in environments with uncertainty
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, including opportunity identification and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of creative solutions and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with creative strategy, content solutions, and campaign management.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve commercial and revenue goals.
- Strong capability to stay up to date with solutions in a fast-growing and constantly evolving environment, and to effectively transfer this knowledge to the team.
- Proactive mindset to define strategies in response to challenging revenue targets, including the ability to anticipate and manage alternative scenarios if the initial plan does not deliver expected results.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in client-facing roles (sales, partnerships, content strategy, or performance marketing).
Experience selling or promoting creative/content solutions.
Experience leading teams and proven ability to work towards revenue and growth targets.
Strong communication and commercial storytelling skills.
Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
English is required.
