About the Role
As a Partnerships Development Strategist, you will be responsible for managing projects that come through our Creative Partners (TikTok, Meta, Google), ensuring optimal delivery and high-quality execution across all initiatives, as well as making sure partner expectations and narratives are reflected in project execution. You will act as a key connection between clients and creative partners, guaranteeing alignment, smooth communication, and adherence to best practices for each platform.
Additionally, you will identify and develop strategic commercial opportunities for both partners and clients within the relevant market. This includes capitalizing on new business opportunities derived from executed and ongoing projects, and serving as a bridge between operations and business teams to drive both operational excellence and commercial success.
Required Tools & Expertise
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, including opportunity identification and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of creative and campaign performance metrics
- Ability to forecast and anticipate business opportunities in environments with uncertainty
- Preferred: experience with creative strategy, content solutions, and campaign management

- Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in client-facing roles (sales, partnerships, content strategy, or performance marketing).
- Experience selling or promoting creative/content solutions.
- Proven ability to work toward revenue and growth targets.
- Strong communication and commercial storytelling skills.
- Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- English is required.
