Performance Lead

Winclap is seeking a Performance Coordinator to lead the planning, implementation and optimization via thought experiments of performance marketing initiatives to help drive installs for our clients and maximise ROI across several channels.

You will be leading a team of performance specialists and assigning them to different projects/clients, working with more than ten partners and making sure the team is up-to-date with the latest best practices and optimization techniques, and co-creating with the growth engineering team new strategies to help grow our client’s active mobile client user base.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of performance specialists, and assign them to specific clients or groups of clients.

End to end management of performance marketing activity across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, On Device and other marketing channels, to help grow our client’s app user base.

Develop experiments across different channels to optimize performance.

Work closely with the growth engineering team to create new strategies via audience profiling (e.g. predictive churn models) or new events to optimize to, and then experiment to prove effectiveness.

Manage the relationship with the different medias, grow our partnerships with the most important ones and define a clear way of working together.

Ensure the performance specialist team is following the best practices of each channel and delivering a consistent service across all clients.

Minimum requirements

+5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns and 2 years managing performance marketing teams is preferred.

Proven Analytical skills. Ability to use data to generate hypotheses and define success metrics.

Background in engineering, economics, business administration desired.

Advanced English. Communicate in Spanish/Portuguese.

Advanced spreadsheet skills, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) knowledge and SQL desired.
