Winclap is looking for a Performance Lead to lead strategic performance initiatives for some of the most ambitious brands in the region.
This role goes beyond campaign management. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, experimentation mindset, client leadership, and team development to help scale complex growth operations.
You will lead a team of performance specialists, work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Engineering, Data, Studio and Strategy, and help define how modern performance marketing should evolve in an increasingly AI-driven ecosystem.
You’ll also play an important role in strengthening relationships with media partners, identifying new growth opportunities, and building scalable operational frameworks across multiple clients and channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of performance specialists across different accounts and verticals.
- Drive end-to-end performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, ASA, On Device and emerging media ecosystems.
- Develop and scale experimentation frameworks focused on incrementality, creative testing, audience strategy and funnel optimization.
- Partner closely with Growth Engineering and Data teams to develop smarter optimization models, automation workflows, predictive audience strategies and AI-powered operational improvements.
- Help evolve Winclap’s AI-Native vision by incorporating AI into media operations, analysis, reporting, creative insights and decision-making processes.
- Build strong relationships with media partners and identify opportunities for strategic collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure operational excellence and consistency across clients, while continuously pushing the quality of strategic thinking delivered by the team.
- Translate data into clear business narratives for clients and internal stakeholders
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- 3+ years working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into insights, hypotheses and action plans.
- Deep understanding of growth experimentation and performance optimization.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong data organization capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of growth operations.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
