
Performance Specialist
Description
Summary of Position:
You will be responsible for running our client’s campaigns in self-managed ad networks like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads, among others.
You’ll define the test agenda: you’ll look into insights in the data to formulate hypotheses, create tests to prove them right (or wrong), draw conclusions and share them with the client in weekly meetings.
You’ll work with the Creative Specialists to define when to try new creative approaches, as part of your test agenda. You’ll also work closely with the Growth Managers to create the client’s media plan and define the key messages we need to communicate to them.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around campaign optimization
- Make sure all best practices are being followed in all networks.
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
- Prepare emails to send out to customers
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
- Ensure that the client’s brand message is consistent
Minimum requirements
Requirements:
- University graduate. Business Administration, Engineering or related.
- Knowledge about: Management, Analytics, Project Management and Mobile advertising.
- Tools: Advanced Excel. Tableau or Power BI desired.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Value oriented.
