Winclap is seeking a Performance Strategist to lead the planning, implementation and optimization of our key accounts. This person will be the “go-to” for our client and help ensure proper execution, strategic media leadership, and general digital knowledge.

You will ensure that the team is up-to-date with the latest best practices and optimization strategies, develop a trusted relationship with your client, and always evolve their digital programs for business success.


Responsibilities:

  • End to end oversight of the management of performance marketing activity across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, On Device and other marketing channels, to help grow our client’s app user base.
  • Develop experiments across different channels to optimize performance and ensure they’re enacted properly with consultation from Winclap’s Data Science team
  • Work closely with the growth engineering team to create new strategies via audience profiling (e.g. predictive churn models) or new events to optimize to, and then experiment to prove effectiveness.
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders, grow our partnerships with the most important ones, and define a clear way of working together.
  • Engage with clients on an ongoing basis and be their true partner from a day-to-day perspective. You will make sure they feel heard and everything is operating smoothly based on client requests
  • Ensure the performance specialist team is following the best practices of each channel and delivering a consistent service across all clients.

Minimum requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns
  • 3 years working with clients directly
  • Proven Analytical skills. Ability to use data to generate hypotheses and define success metrics.
  • Strong excel skills: you know the ins and outs to ensure data is readable and clean
  • Ability to work nimbly and pivot directions at a moments notice
  • Working knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) and SQL is a plus.
