Process Implementation Strategist

We are looking for a Process Implementation Strategist to lead the implementation of new processes, products, and ways of working across Studio, turning ideas into scalable solutions that teams adopt and that deliver measurable operational impact.


What you will do


  • Own end-to-end implementation projects, from planning and kickoff to rollout and stabilization.
  • Build and manage implementation plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and clear communication of progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
  • Lead the rollout of new processes, products, tools, and ways of working across operational teams.
  • Measure adoption and operational impact, diagnose blockers and root causes, and drive actions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partner with Product and Technology to translate operational insights into actionable feedback and continuously improve solutions.
  • Enable teams through training, playbooks, workshops, and post-launch support, ensuring new ways of working are effectively adopted and sustained.
  • Identify scalable improvements and best practices, using learnings from implementations to continuously improve processes and replicate successful solutions across teams and markets.

Minimum requirements

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in project implementation, project delivery, process transformation, operations consulting, Product Operations, process excellence, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience implementing processes, products, tools, or new ways of working with real operational teams.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with experience managing plans, milestones, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and follow-up.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define metrics, measure adoption and operational impact, and diagnose implementation blockers.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Genuine interest in AI, technology, and new ways of working, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced English and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional environments.
