As a Retention Partner, you will play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, managing customers Strategy and executing within the Customer Engagement Platforms, and coordinating tasks across our Content and Marketing Science teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering meaningful and impactful customer journeys, driving customer retention, and optimizing marketing strategies.
Retention is a must for digital businesses, especially in the challenging current economic world environment. Acquiring new users fast isn't enough and doesn't guarantee a profitable and healthy business in the long term.
The objectives of the Retention & Engagement Specialist Analyst encompass the following:
Learn from peers and managers how to create Retention strategies leveraged on owned media channels (push notifications, in-app messages, sms, e-mail).
Coordinate the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) for clients, facilitating meaningful and impactful customer journeys. During your onboarding, another SSr or Sr specialist’s will share responsibility over client management and execution.
Work closely with content partners to feed strategies with strong content.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the coordination of our Retention & Engagement Diagnosis solution.
- Owns the delivery of Winclap’s Owned Media Management Solution. In order to achieve it, works together with the Marketing Science and Creatives Teams.
- Develop and oversee a smooth, effective customer relationship process to enable the growth of the organization.
- Create processes/documentation so that the growth team can be as self-sufficient as possible.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Business oriented mindset, self-motivated, proactive, data-driven, analytical and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Interest in Growth, marketing or advertising industry. Experience in this area is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis is a Plus.
- Organizational and project management skills are a plus.
- Advanced English.
