At Winclap Data, we work at the core of this transformation, building solutions, infrastructures, and pipelines that allow content to be created, processed, and activated automatically, scalably, and securely.
We are looking to add an in-house DevOps Engineer specialized in this type of solution. It is a foundational role, with a high level of ownership, who will have the opportunity to define technical standards, accompany the team's growth and, in the future, build a DevOps/MLOps cell.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with solid experience in AWS, who enjoys working in dynamic environments of technical complexity and innovation. The role has a strong component of autonomy, technical judgment, and architecture design, in a mix of strategy and hands-on. We need this role to be able to execute and put into production what they design/think.
You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, Data, and Product teams on solutions that combine data pipelines, machine learning and generative AI models, and automation workflows for content at scale, with global brands and companies.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, mainly with GitHub Actions.
- Build and evolve our infrastructure to provide content-at-scale services.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Operate and scale production environments in AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, among others).
- Support the deployment, versioning, and scaling of machine learning and generative AI models (SageMaker, Bedrock, AI agents).
- Build robust environments for high-volume content processing.
- Ensure standards for security, observability, traceability, and performance.
- Document processes and define good infrastructure practices.
- Act as a DevOps technical reference within the team and collaborate in the future construction of the area.
Minimum requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE, with verifiable seniority.
- Official AWS Certification (Cloud and/or AI). Mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
- Real experience operating solutions in production environments.
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Good handling of Git and GitOps practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and strong technical judgment.
- Experience in MLOps and deployment of machine learning or generative AI models.
- Familiarity with Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q, or other AI tools.
- Serverless architectures and distributed systems.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in growth, marketing, product, or content operations environments.
- Interest in taking on technical leadership responsibilities and scaling teams.
