Description
The Senior Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing income tax and transfer pricing compliance, analyzing corporate structures, and optimizing internal processes. This role includes researching fiscal regulations to develop scalable compliance frameworks and creating innovative financial products to support business growth. Collaborating with Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors, the position ensures regulatory alignment while driving the expansion of Winclap Capital and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Compliance & Transactional Analysis
Manage income tax and transfer pricing compliance, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
Analyze corporate structures and intercompany transactions to optimize tax and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors across the countries where we operate.
Address compliance matters swiftly and effectively, reducing reliance on external providers.
2. Regulatory Research & Product Development
Research fiscal and regulatory frameworks in key markets, developing solutions that meet both local and international standards.
Design scalable processes and frameworks to establish a robust and adaptable compliance infrastructure for geographical expansion.
Lead the design and development of a financial product leveraging regulatory insights to deliver added value to the business.
Minimum requirements
- Proven expertise in income tax and transfer pricing, with solid knowledge of fiscal regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Senior professional with 4+ years of experience in compliance, tax, finance, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate regulatory solutions into financial product developments.
- Strong autonomy and ability to solve complex problems independently.
